Between the hustle & bustle of our busy day lives and the inundation of anxiety inducing news from around the globe (and even close to home) the serenity, peace and calm that we want to instill in our children's lives can easily get lost.  As adults we all want to raise Balanced And Centered Kids (BACK) - whether as a parent, grandparent, principal, teacher, clergy, caretaker or any other role modeling position!

By connecting with ourselves, we create happiness from the inside out and learn techniques (in a fun and engaging ways) to get BACK!!
